Here are five tips you can put into practice today to help streamline your daily routine, even if you don't have one yet!


01 Make a List

02 Structure Your Day

Morning: group all your early task
(plant care, coffee routine, skincare, etc.)

Evening: Planning and prepping for the next day

03 Get Specific


Loose outlines, write out a routine


  • 6am - wake up, brush teeth
  • 7am - leave house
  • 8am - start work day

04 Schedule Time For Flexibility

Harness your most productive times to use for your most challenging tasks, and your least productive times to do the mundane tasks.

05 Test Drive Your New Routine

How does it feel? Does your schedule make sense? Tweak anything that is not working, then reassess after 30 days.
