01 Make a List
Brain dump, not a to-do list

(plant care, coffee routine, skincare, etc.)

(work, setting appointments, emails, running errands)

(layout clothes, meal prep, organizing)
03 Get Specific
Loose outlines, write out a routine
- 6am - wake up, brush teeth
- 7am - leave house
- 8am - start work day
