SUNDAY

Stay Grounded— is a very earthy way to set the tone for a successful and comfortable work/school week. Sundays are good days to revisit your planner, giving you a birds-eye view of what is ahead and an opportunity to execute your priorities. Mine usually include morning reading, brunch date, a grocery run, meal prep, a facial, and bathing.

MONDAY

Stay Soft— yeah, the weekend is over, which can make anybody a bit moody, but it's time to put your game face on and smile a bit! I find a lot of fulfillment when I practice gratitude and embrace small moments, such as my morning yoga practice or making a smoothie.

TUESDAY

Stay Positive—because you deserve it plus, this energy helps attract your dream life.

WEDNESDAY

Stay Fresh—it's mid-week; I encourage you to dine out and explore your city. This day is also perfect for date nights as it gives you and your partner something to look forward to during the work/school week.

Stay Elevated— by sticking to your routines, e.g., skincare, facial or full-body massage, mediation.

Stay Celebrating— so, do something that is fun and splurge! Even if that means staying up late watching TV/playing video games or going out!
