Hi my sweetheart! I decide to do this video because i was watching a video on tiktok a week ago and i listen to that girl talking about this thing that was so normal, but that nobody talk about or say they don't do! But there's nothing to be afraid or ashame to say so i decide to tell things that i do that i may not assume, but that i do! And i really hope it make you feel better even to it will stress me to know if other peoples do the same!


1.Being so tired that you can't even talk

You know this feeling when all of a suddent the tiredness that controle of you and you can't even open your mouth to talk, cause your body refuse to do what you tell him? I always feel like i was the only one. It's like if all the time i couldn't fall asleep come to me in a second, and my body is so just like relaxe and tired that even my brain seem to be unable to tell my body to move!It's such an akward feeling! But in fact i wouldn't be able to say if i hate this feeling or if it kinda make me feel safe in a way.

2.Not shower every day

Some time ago, i add a lot of anxiety and ends up developing a depression. At this moment i was in high school, and i wasn't able to take a shower everyday. I know it may seem weird for some peoples but it's so normal! I was taking a shower once a week , way it may be disgusting for you but for me it was all that i was able to do it was so hard for me to wake up everyday that taking a shower was like asking a personne to run 10km and coming back with milk! And to be honest i still don't take a shower everyday i try but it still hard! So please don't listen to all of thoses telling you how to live if you wash yourself one a week cause you can't do more than this well that's perfect, you are perfect!

3.Hurting someone unintentionaly

You know when sometime you feel so sad, and mad, and you just hate yourself so bad...And you end up yelling or screaming out to someone that did litterally something and then you can do nothing but tell yourself how an horrible person you are. And then you just start to hate your own self a thousand time more.

4.Pushing them away

You know that feeling when you cry so bad and it hurt, and you would like so bad to have someone that come hug you but at the moment that someone decide to do it you start screaming and throwing things at them cause you are mad at you , them ,and everybody!

5.Losing the notion of the time

Sometimes i look at the clock and then i start to think about something else for like 10 secondes, and then it's 2 hours later and it feel so weird. Like if the time or the clock was actually laughing at you! I mean it seems so weird that you litterally lost yourself in your head for so long that you lose notion of time. And when you come back it feel like you where in another wordl completly different where the time notion wasn't the same that the earth one!

6.Forgetting the reason why you were crying

You know when you cry for a long time, and then you kinda forget and you try to remember but didn't find and then you do so you restart to cry and find better weirdly,hahaha it sound really weird but it make me feel so much better!

PS: I wanted to let you know that i of course did this article to help you feel better, but that i did it for myself too! I want to remind myself in bad time that i'm not so akward.
